To make condensed milk sweet, you'll need:



Condensed  milk (khoya) - 1 cup



Sugar - 1/2 cup



Butter (Ghee ) - 2 tablespoons


Cashews (kaju) - 2 tablespoons (chopped)


Raisins (kishmish) - 1 tablespoon


Cardamom powder (elaichi) - 1/2 teaspoon


Water - 2 tablespoons






Heat butter in a pan and roast the mawa until it turns golden brown.



Dissolve sugar in water to make a one-string consistency syrup.



Add cardamom powder to the syrup.



Mix the roasted mawa, cashews, and raisins into the syrup.



Turn off the heat and let it cool for a while.


Once cooled, shape the mixture into small pieces.


Now, your Alwar Mawa sweet is ready to be enjoyed!
