Lobster tails

Yogurt

Tandoori spices

Ginger-garlic paste

Lemon juice

Red chili powder

Garam spices

         Method of cooking lobster 


Clean and devein lobster tails, leaving the shells intact.


In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and a bit of mustard oil to create a marinade.


Coat the lobster tails with the marinade, ensuring they are well-covered. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven or grill.

Skewer the lobster tails and cook until the lobster is opaque and cooked through, basting with additional marinade.

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
